MOAB- Adolph Ghislain Letellier, 78, of Moab, died early Tuesday in a Moab hospital. He was the father of Mrs. Georgette Zubeck of Provo.

Mr. Letellier was born April 10, 1895 in Marchienne Au Pont, Belgium, a son of Gustave and Clementine Falise Letellier. He married Madeline Werrion in 1921 in Roundup, Mont., and she died in 1944.

Mr. Letellier came to the U.S. in 1907 and moved to Utah in 1933. He was a member of Joppa Lodge, Masonic Temple, Price; York Rite Freemasonry, Price Chapter Six, and El Kalah Temple, Salt Lake City.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs.Georgette Zubeck, Provo; Mrs. Louise Hetzel and Jean Letellier, both of Moab; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, and one brother, George Letellier, Du Bois, Wyo.

Fraveside services will be conducted Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Price City Cemetery by Joppa Lodge Masons. Grand Valley Mortuary of Price is in charge of arrangements.
