Pearl A. Crane

Prayer services for Pearl A. Crane, 96, of 1001 S. Hilton St., who died Saturday in a Boise nursing home, will be conducted at 7 p. m. today in Alden-Waggoner Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel by the Rev. Arvin Luchs of First United Methodist Church. Interment will be in Dry Creek Cemetery.

She was born Jan 28, 1885, in Atlanta, Idaho. She moved with her family to Caldwell and then to Boise in 1903. She was a bookkeeper for A. Goresky, cabinet maker, for several years and married Calvin O. Crane on June 9, 1909 in Boise. He died May 14, 1968.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Daughters of the American Revolution, Pioneers of Idaho and served with the American Red Cross during World War I.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. J. J. (Marjorie) Gilgan of Boise; five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at Alden-Waggoner Chapel today from 3 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.

Pallbearers will be Edwin Stevens, Jim Servis, K. G. Hedrick, Del Andrews, John Hunter and Currie Teed.
