Daughter of Albert Birke Ramsey and Martha Elvira Reeves, and was born on 21 Oct 1890. She grew up in the home of her grandmother, Margaret (Edwards) Ramsey and attended school in Asbury Township. When Ora was not quite seventeen years of age she married Marsh Deming Hall on 8 Aug 1907. They lived in Gallatin County most of their lives. During their later years they lived in Eldorado, Saline County, ILL. Marsh died in 1969 and is buried at the Wolfcreek Cemetery. Ora died a few years later on 26 April 1974 and is also buried at the Wolf Creek Cemetery.
