Higginbotham, Otis M.-64, of 1117 Thorn Rd., died Sunday in Thomas Memorial Hospital after suffering a cerebral hemorrhage. He was a retired employee of Evans Lumber Co. Surviving are his widow, Annabelle; two sons, Joe and Jerry, both of South Charleston; three sisters, Mrs. Dicie McKemy of Charleston, Mrs. Murle Carte of South Charleston and Mrs. Freda Casto of Ashford; and four grandchildren. Service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Raynes Funeral Home at Buffalo. Burial will be in Tucker Cemetery at Grimm's Landing.
