Honea Path – Terry Lee (Hondo) Davis, 58, husband of Brenda Brown Davis, of 125 Oakwood Drive, died Wednesday at his home.

Born in Anderson County he was a son of the late James Wesley and Sula Mae Gilmer Davis. He was a member of the Honea Path Pentecostal Holiness Church and was retired from Michelin, Sandy Springs Plant. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Surviving are his wife of the home, two sons, Josh Davis and Matt Hutchins, both of Honea Path, two daughters, Kayla Davis Campbell of Pelzer and Denise Carter of Anderson, a brother, James Wesley Davis, Jr., eight grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. He was predeceased by two sons, Terry Lee Davis, Jr. and Timothy Martin Davis. [And his first wife, Sophie Davis, all perished in a house fire.]

Funeral Services will be held at 2 P.M. Saturday at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ted Coody officiating. Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories.
