SKIP LOCKHART
Skip Lockhart, 86, 2101 17th Avenue, Parkersburg, died Monday at his residence.
He was born in Jackson County, a son of the late John and Alfongie Wilson Lockhart. A member of the United Methodist Church, he was the retired owner of Lockhart's Barber Shop on 7th Street.
He is survived by his wife, Maude Hoy Lockhart; two brothers, Claude Lockhart of Belpre and Clay Lockhart of Westminster, Calif; two sisters, Laura Cooper and Goldie Pickets, both of Parkersburg, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.
Services will be held 1 p.m. today at Franklin Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Connie Dickens officiating. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral chapel.
