She grew to womanhood in the city of her birth. She married Arthur T. Eaglin December 22, 1890 at Potoko, Ill. They were schoolday sweethearts.
Mrs. Eaglin became a member of the Methodist Episcopal church when only a girl and remained a faithful Christian to the "close of the way."
They moved from Illinois to Oklahoma in 1901, living in Oklahoma City until 1904, when they moved to Caddo where they spent the remaining years in Caddo and Kiowa counties.
To this union were born five children: Kenneth of Cooperton; Mrs. Clyde Pitcher, Carnegie; Mrs. Retta Williamson, Hobart; Mrs. Charles Goodwin and Mrs. C.V. Nichols of Anadarko, and Mrs. Claude Britain and Truman Eaglin who have gone before.
