-- Mr. Sidney Farrell Rich, age 67, of Flowery Branch, GA, formerly of Blairsville passed away January 15, at his home after an extended illness. Sidney was born on March 14, 1942 in Union County. He was the son of the late Cecil E. & Willene Jackson Rich.
Surviving Mr. Rich are one son and daughter-in-law, Cary & Robin Rich; two grandsons, Jonathon & Joshua; one granddaughter, Jordan; three sisters, Dobie Brackett, Jackie Colwell & Claudine Thomas. Mr. Rich was preceded in death by a brother Bennie Rich.
Graveside services held Wednesday, January 20 at 2 p.m. at Harmony Grove Baptist church Cemetery with Minister Edward Grant officiating.
