Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Assembly of God church for Mrs. Sarah Ida Phillips, who passed away at the Sprague hospital. The Rev. F. Jay officiated at the funeral which was in charge of the Duncan Haight funeral home of Ritzville.
Mrs. Phillips was 73 years of age and had lived here for 48 years. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Opal Olsen, Ione, Washington; two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Watkins, Bend, Oregon and Mrs. Anna Ayers, Tennessee and four grandchildren.
Interment as made in the Lind cemetery.
