Mrs. Louisa Reed, of Huntingdon, died at her home Wednesday evening at 7:50 o'clock of acute kidney trouble. She had been in declining health for several months and was the daughter of John and Martha [sic: Sophia] Cypher, deceased. She was born at Saxton, Bedford county, August 4, 1845. She wedded Levi C. Reed, of Dudley, on June 23, 1864, and resided, until death, in Dudley. She is survived by these children: Mrs. Joseph Stinson, of this city; Mrs. E. P. Reed, Elmora; Mrs. W. Palmer, Saxton; William and D. H. Reed, both of McKeesport; Bruce, Pittsburg; Mrs. D. W. Whitted, Six Mile Run; Mrs. John D. Grove, Huntingdon; James E. Dudley; Mrs. B. F. Wakefield, Mt. Union, and Miss Stella M., at home. Funeral services will be held tomorrow morning at the Dudley Methodist Episcopal church at 9:30 o'clock. Interment in Dudley cemetery.
