Fleeton J. Stull of Popular Springs and formerly of Charlesville, aged 50 was knocked down by a horse and buggy driven by unknown persons on Saturday night and so badly injured that he died yesterday morning shortly after 4 0'clock. A fractured skull and busted blood vessel was the cause.

Justice F. E. Smith of Lisbon,Howard County acted as coroner at an inquest and a verdict of death caused by being run down by a buggy, occupied by unknown parties resulted.

Stull had attended an oyster roast in company with Ernest Woodard also of Popular Springs. They were on their way home at the time of the fatal accident.

The deceased is survived by his wife and five children as follows, Celletta F., Lillian L., Carrie V., George W. and Lewis Stull.

Mrs. Ruann Stull of Charlesville mother of the deceased and the following brothers and sister survive, Eugene near Cherry Run, West Virginia, Vernon, Hansonville, Victor and Bradley near Bethel, Clayton and Howard near Charlesville and Mrs. William Keyser, near Bethel.
