Mr. Winston “Bubby” Leatherwood passed away on Thursday, September 1, 2016 in Lottie, Alabama.
Mr. Leatherwood was a native of Huxford, AL and a resident of Atmore, AL since 1969. Mr. Leatherwood was a retired employee with the Alabama Department of Transportation with 33 years of service. He was a devoted Father and Grandfather and he was a member of the Lottie Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his Wife, Frances Alicia Leatherwood, Parents and four Brothers.
Funeral services will be Sunday, September 4, 2016 at 3:00 PM at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Chris Pruitt and Rev. Henry Wilson officiating.
Burial will follow at Serenity Garden Cemetery.
Visitation will be Saturday, September 3, 2016 from 6 to 9 PM at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Rex McKinley, Lee Shaughnessy, Travis Pruitt, John Lambeth, Lynn Leatherwood and Carey Hughes.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Randy Dorriety, Hilton Hall, Nip Hadley, Robert Hughes and David Whittington.
