William M. Thompson Brown was born August 3, 1860 in Kentucky, and died at his residence (605 W. Oklahoma) in Anadarko Dec. 21, 1925. He was married to Miss Birchie Calvert, November 12, 1884. To this union were born three children, two of whom died in infancy. He is survived by his wife and one son, Urey C. Brown of Anadarko. Mr. Brown
was in the grocery business a few years ago and later sold out to H.H. Tilford. Mr. Brown was owner of the Ozark Supply Store at the southeast corner of Anadarko at the time of his death. Funeral services were held at the residence December 23, 1925, under the direction of J.H. Farmer Funeral Home. Services were conducted by Rev.R.J. Morgan. Interment in the Anadarko Cemetery.
