Third and final child of Travis & Laura Bell (Davis) Freeman. Once married to John Snyder but divorced now for many years.

I did not know my aunt too well but I believe she was an actress in New York on and off Broadway. At one time in the 70's she was on a Polident or some other commercial about denture cleansers.

Cousin Sherry recalls seeing her on the game show called "I've Got a Secret" Susan's secret was that she lived on a houseboat.

Her parents predeceased her and both brothers.

She had no children of her own.

Our family really never heard from her after her oldest brother, my father, died in 1980 so she was pretty much estranged from anyone who would have been sure to bring her back to Michigan to be buried with her parents.

She was born with the name Dimples and she she came of age she got it changed to Susan.

Aunt Dimples came from a long line of "down home" mountain folk in Tennessee where they welcome any traveler or stranger who comes to their door always making them feel at home.

May she rest in peace.
