Weston - Mrs May Elenor Jean, 77, died at 3:30 am Thursday at her home. She had suffered a stroke Wednesday afternoon.

the body was taken to the Easton Funeral home in Chenoa, where funeral services will be held at 2:30 pm Saturday. The Rev Charles L Coleman will officiate. burial will be in Chenoa cemetery.

She was born March 11,1865, at Campbellsburg, Ind, daughter of Hugh and Angeline Fleming. She lived in Chenoa for 30 years and in Weston for the last five years.

She was married in 1880 to Millard Filmore Jean. He preceded her in death in 1937.

survivors are seven sons; Lacie, Campbellsburg, Ind; Manson, Mitchell, Ind; Lemuel and Paul, Weston; Burrel, Hazel Crest; Arthur, Alden, Ia; Fraily, Cornell, Ia. Two sons, Arthur and Rolla preceded her in death.

A sister, Mrs Jane Green of Campbellsburg, Ind, 23 grandchildren and four great grandchildren also survive.

She was a member of the Methodist church.
