Mrs. Martha Esther Young, age 91, of Texarkana, Arkansas, died Wednesday, January 5, 2011, in a local nursing home.
Mrs. Young was born November 25, 1919, in Nashville, Arkansas, and had lived most of her life in Texarkana.
She was a member of the Landmark Missionary Baptist Church, the Eastern Star, and was a Homemaker.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Esther Fern Kyle, and her husband Guy T. Young.
Survivors include two daughters, Shirley Cox and Carolyn Patterson; three sons, David Young, Calvin Young and Darrell Young; one special granddaughter, Angel Cloran; one sister, Joyce Richardson; seven other grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
