Gladys Hayden, 84, of Morningside Drive died at 7:16 p.m. Tuesday, May 6, 2003, at Columbus Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Mrs. Hayden was a member of Columbus General Baptist Church.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Vernon Jewell-Nick Rittman Funeral Home with the Rev. Kenneth Wyatt officiating. Calling will be from 4 to 9 p.m. today and from 10 a.m. until service time Friday. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Mrs. Hayden was born Dec. 17, 1918, in Williamson County, Tenn., the daughter of Sam and Ollie Tidwell. She married Clyde Hayden.
Survivors include a son, Kinley Mangrum of Nashville, Tenn.; daughters, Carolyn Lemay of Nashville, Tenn., and Elizabeth King and Thelma Forrest, both of Fairview, Tenn.; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
