Henry J. Welch, 89, died at his home in Taft Settlement, near North Syracuse, last night. A life long resident of the town of Cicero, Mr. Welch was a past chaplain of the Taft Settlement Grange and a member of North Syracuse Andrews Memorial Church. Surviving Mr. Welch are one daughter, Miss Angie Welch of North Syracuse; two sons, Dr. Gilbert Welch of Rochester and Homer Welch of New York City; one sister, Mrs. Nettie Haw, of Collamer, and several nieces and nephews. Burial will be in the Collamer Cemetery.
