Mrs. Chaffin died Friday, October 5, 1984 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville following an extended illness.
She was a native of Tennessee and the daughter of the late William T. and Nancy Elizabeth Nixon Sewell. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Aaron H. Chaffin of Baxter; three daughers, Evelyn Myers of Roseville, MI, Joyce Jensen of New Baltimore, MI and Tommy Lolli, of Roseville, MI; four sisters, Mrs. Mollie Vickers of Warren, MI, Mrs. Mildred Hyder of Nashville, Mrs. Alverta Chaffin of Baxter, and Mrs. Melissa Bradford, of Ft. Worth, TX; eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
