VERA MAE ANDERSON McGILL, age 61, was born on July 15, 1937 in the Kidds Crossing Community of Wayne County, the daughter of the late George Everett and Camley Gregory Anderson, and departed this life on Sunday, August 9, 1998 at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Covington, Kentucky.

She is survived by her children; William and Mark McGill both of Covington and Brian McGill of Middletown, Ohio.

Also surviving are 2 sisters Elveda James of Middleboro, Ohio and Ruby Bybee of Cincinnati, Ohio and 3 brothers, Stanley Anderson of Monticello, Kentucky, Bill Anderson of Bella Vista, Arkansas and George Anderson of Mason, Ohio with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by 3 brothers, Ray, Gene, and Lowell Anderson.

McGill had accepted Christ as her Savior and was a member of the Socialville Baptist Church of Mason, Ohio.

Funeral services were held on August 15, 1998 in the Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Ricky Bell officiating, burial in the Shade Anderson Cemetery.
