She was a native of Clarksville, daughter of the late David (Dave)Henry Bailey, Sr. and Bennie Pearl Manning Bailey, member of Spadra Methodist Church, and was preceded in death by one son, John David Dobbs; two sisters, Opal L. Sellers Hall and Alma Sellers Gean; and three brothers, JT Bailey, David Bailey Jr. and Edward Bailey.
Married Roland Dobbs Sept. 16, 1950. Franklin County, Ark.
Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Roland J. Dobbs; her daughter, Carol Denise Dobbs King and husband, Eric, of Clarksville. Ark. and step-daughter Mary Ann Dobbs Tucker and husband, Bill, of Hot Springs, Ark.; one son, Roland Wayne Dobbs and wife, Darlene, of Hartman, Ark.; one sister, Norma Lee Warren of Spadra; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was cremated. Joyce was to be buried with her son John David.
