Father Henry, and Grandmother Ann Elmer purchased the burial plot for Cora and her sister, Ellen. In Dec 1885 they sued the Mount Olivet Board of Directors for removing the bodies and caskets to the "strangers field" section (allegedly because taxes hadn't been paid on the lot)
