Dempsey Otto Huff was the eldest son Benjamin F Huff & Mary Louisa Jenkins. Dempsey was born in Belmont County, Ohio in 1880. He had two younger brothers, Murton Layton & Olen Rosco. Dempsey married Rilla B Clark and they had one son, Harold Dempsey. Rilla passed early in life, and Dempsey went on to marry Anna B Rinker. Dempsey & Anna had four children together: Anna Mae, Clarence Donavan, Benjamin Addison & Esther Louisa. In the mid 1940's Dempsey & family moved to Canton, Ohio where he resided until his death in 1950. Dempsey's final resting location is in his hometown of Belmont County.
