WEST POINT — Marie M. Prunty, 92, of West Point died at 2:50 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 9, 1994 at Memorial Hospital in Carthage.

She was born Feb. 4, 1902 in Rushville to George A. and Lur¬ane (Williamson) Moore. She married Morris Prunty Dec. 19, 1919 in Keokuk, Iowa. He preceded her in death June 30, 1936.

She is survived by four sons, Morris E. Prunty of LaPrairie, Wayne L. Prunty of Metamora, Gerald L. Prunty of Colchester and James L. Prunty of Loraine; two daughters, Mrs. Louise Kamps of Warsaw and Mrs. Arlo (Eileen) Clampitt of West Point; 20 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, six brothers and three sisters.

Mrs. Prunty was a homemaker.

Services are 1:30 p.m. Satur¬day at the Hamilton Funeral Home in Augusta with the Rev. Loren Curtis officiating. Burial will be in Sims Cemetery near LaPraire.
Friends may call between 6 and 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
