Funeral services for Terry Lynn Pack, 55, of Lexington were held Jan. 5, 2011 at First Baptist Church in Lexington. Interment was at Lexington Cemetery under the direction of Wilson-Little Funeral Home in Purcell. Mr. Pack died Sunday, January 2, 2011 at Lindsay Municipal Hospital. He was born September 1, 1955 in Pauls Valley, one of three children born to Edwin Stroud Pack and Lois Bell (Brady) Pack. He grew up in Lexington and graduated from Lexington High School in 1974. While in high school he lettered in basketball and football and was a member of the Bulldog Band and FFA. After high school Terry served his country in the United States Army. He was honorably discharged May 29, 1980. After his discharge from the Army, he attended Oklahoma Baptist University. Over the years Terry worked in the oilfield and as a plumber. He enjoyed the outdoors where he liked to hunt, fish and go camping. He loved his family and will be remembered for his big heart. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ed and Lois Pack and his brother, Larry Pack. He is survived by one son, Quannah Evans; five daughters, Shawna Holman, Niki Halkins, Kelly Redus, Kasey Redus and Jordan Redus; one sister, Donnita Thornburg and husband, Darrin; and three grandchildren, Emily Holman and A.J. and Nevaeh Halkins.
