Mrs. Goldie M. Cronk, 81, of 3937 Holmes Road, Cedarvale, died Saturday, August 21, at Community General Hospital after a short illness. She lived most of her life in Marcellus.
Mrs. Cronk was a Gold Star Mother, having a son, Clifford, killed in the Korean Conflict. She worked nine years in the housedeeping department of Onondaga General Hospital. She was the widow of the late Arlington Cronk.
Surviving are three daughters, Miss Joan Cronk of Cedarvale, Mrs. John Travis of St. Petersburg, Florida, and Mrs. Clarence Godrey of Camillus; four sons, Richard of Elbridge, Roger of North Syracuse, Raymond of Tully and Arlington Jr.; a brother, Oscar Johnson of Marcellus, 18 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
