He served his country during World War II. He enjoyed working with his hands, making many pieces of fine furniture and accent pieces.
Pat is survived by his daughter-in-law, Wendy Dio-Padavona; his brother, Johnny; his grandson Dan and wife Terri Padavona; and his great-grandchildren Joey and Julia Padavona.
Pat was predeceased by his wife Anna and son Ronnie.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Wright Beard Funeral Home, 9 Lincoln ave., Cortland. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery in Cortland. Pallbearers will be Dan Padavona, David Feinstein, Harold Hyde and Greg Hyde.
Calling hours will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
