"Moon" Ballard, Cloth inspector
-- ROCK HILL - Mrs. Margaret "Moon" Lee Ballard, 75, of 472 Liberty St. died March 10, 1995, at her home. Funeral is 2 p.m. Sunday at Greene Funeral Home with the Rev. Thomas Little officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hills Cemetery. Visitation is 7 to 9 tonight at the funeral home.
Mrs. Ballard, born in York County, was a daughter of the late John and Alice Sealy Sanders. She was a retired cloth inspector for J.P. Stevens Co. and the widow of J.W. Ballard.
Survivors are her son, James Ballard of Camden; daughters, Miss Brenda Ballard of Clinton, Ms. Deloris Hindman of Fort Lawn; Mrs. Judy Simpson and Ms. Cindy Pittman, both of Lancaster; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
