Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, 542 Hickory.... Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery [Abilene Municipal Cemetery].
Mrs. Day was born in Robertson County in East Texas and moved from Austin to Abilene in 1911. A homemaker, she was a member of the Church of Christ. She was the widow of Gideon Granville Day.
Survivors include a son, Hoyt Day of Abilene; a grandson, Jack Day of Watauga; and six great-grandchildren
