Rites For Mrs. Freed To Be Held Monday

Funeral services for Mrs. Homer Freed, San Angelo resident for the last 12 years, who died in a local hospital at 6 o'clock yesterday morning, will be conducted from Massie Chapel at 10 o'clock Monday morning. The Rev. Philip Kemp, pastor of the Emmanuel Episcopal Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Fairmount Cemetery.

Mrs. Freed had been ill only a few days.

Survivors are the husband, San Angelo; the mother, Mrs. William Purcell, Green Bay Wis.; and a sister, Mrs. R. J. Allen, Green Bay, Wis. The sister is expected here for the funeral.

Palbearers [sic] are Max Marschall, Julius J. Johnson, Miles O'Daniel, Walter Gallemore, R. C. Jones, and Clarence Webb. Honorary pallbearers are Phillips Maverick and Dr. Emil Lott.

Mrs. Freed, born in Green Bay, Wis., Nov 13, 1895, came to San Angelo 12 years ago. She was a member of the Episcopal Church.
