Justin B. Impson, 29, veteran of the World War, where he served with Troop G, Twelfth cavalry, died of tuberculosis in the National Soldiers' Home hospital, Dayton, Monday at 1 p.m. He had been an inmate of the hospital for some time, suffering from the results of his experiences in the war in France.

He is survived by his wife, Flossie, and five small children, ranging from 6 years to 2 months in age. These are John, Robert, Willetta, Charles and Mary. Two brothers, Carl of North Lewisburg, and Victor, somewhere in the south; two sisters, Mrs. Etta South, Cable R.F.D.; and Mrs. Hazel Hill, Urbana, also survive. He was one on nine children born to John and Elizabeth Impson, deceased, and was born in the vicinity of North Lewisburg. The recently deceased had lived in Urbana several years but his family resides now northwest of Urbana.

The body was brought to Urbana by R. C. Gardner, in his ambulance Monday night, and prepared of burial. The body will be taken some time today to the home to remain until Wednesday, when it will be removed to the Church of God for funeral services at 2 p. m., in charge of Rev. Shinn, pastor. The American Legion will furnish the pallbearers and probably have a part in services. Interment, in charge of Mr. Gardner, will be made in the cemetery in North Lewisburg.
