Mrs. Kinney was a 1939 graduate of Winfield High School. She was a homemaker and office manager for Kinney Construction, Timberline Estates and Echo Valley Mobile Home Parks.
She was a member of Middletown Presbyterian Church and VFW Ladies Auxiliary of Mt. Pleasant. She enjoyed traveling in the family camper and collecting salt and pepper shakers.
Her husband; son, Gary D. Kinney; daughter, Janice G. Sullivan; parents; daughter-in-law, Deborah S. Kinney; four brothers and three sisters, one in infancy preceded her in death.
