Bonnie was born in Bernie, Missouri on May 1, 1944 to Emerson and Dolly Berry. She married Jeff Corbett on November 12, 1963 in Petal, Mississippi. Jeff survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Elita Kayyaly of Washington and Rhonda (Dan) Bachman of Metamora; two granddaughters, Olivia Al-Kayyaly and Laura Bachman; two sisters, Gatha (Dale) Kennedy of Gideon, MO. And Ella (Roy) Stout of Nowata, OK.; one brother, Hestel Berry of Clarkton, MO; two sisters-in-law, Irene Berry of Bentonville, AR and Rosemary Berry of Gideon, MO. and several nieces and nephews.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents; two infant brothers; two other brothers and her son-in-law, Mohammad Al-Kayyaly.
Bonnie worked in home health care for many years.
She was a deeply spiritual person who loved church services, gospel music, caring for her granddaughters and talking on the phone with her siblings.
Bonnie was a member of Grace Presbyterian Church in Peoria.
