James M. Stanley, 67, of Lancaster, died Saturday, May 7, 1988 in a Dallas hospital.
He was married to Pauline McBeath, formerly of Springtown. He was a Methodist and a member of the American Legion of Alvarado. He was the owner of Poly-Mac Heavy Equipment SAles in Houston.
He is survived by his wife, Pauline Stanley of Lancaster; five sons, Bruce M. Stanley of Gladewater, Robert Lynn Stanley of Houston, Allen Lee Bjornson of Dallas, James Stanley Bjornson and Benny Lynn Bjornson, both of Dallas; one daughter, Sheri Ann Davis of Dallas; four sisters, Edith Kennedy of Dunlap, CA, Bobbie Stephenson of Kilgore, Pattie Jonnson of Houston and Nan Dearen of Fort Worth; 11 grandchildren.
Services will be at 4 pm Monday, May 9, at White's Funeral Chapel in Springtown with the Rev. Delmar Paul McBeath officiating. Burial will be in the Springtown Cemetery with White's Springtown Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
