She was a native of Iowa and had resided in Chico for the past 20 years. She was widely known here.
Mrs. Elliott was a member of the First Methodist Church of Chico and of the Chico Lodge of the Royal Neighbors of America.
Survivors include the widower, Edwin A. Elliott; four sons, Lawrence W. of Red Bluff, Merle A. of Burlingame, Oscar E. of Red Bluff and Harold B. Elliott of Chico; two daughters, Mrs. Gail Moore of Chico and Mrs. Margaret E. Davis of Richmond; four brothers, John, Alfred, Walter and Warren Adams, all of Los Angeles; four sisters, Mrs. Addie Davis of Woonsocket, S.D., Mrs. Minnie Edwards, Mrs. Anna Merchant and Mrs. Mima Donaldson, all of Los Angeles, and eight grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements are being delayed pending word from relatives. They will be announced later by Bicknell & Moore.
