GRAFTON -- Richard R. ``Dick'' Arsenault, 65, of 5 Shore Drive, North Grafton, a Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War and a retired field engineer, died Wednesday, Dec. 29, in the Providence House, Millbury, after an illness.
He leaves his wife of 46 years, Priscilla B. (Baribeau) Arsenault; a son, Bradford R. Arsenault of Douglas; three daughters, Deborah L. Dow of Douglas, Cathy A. Hall and Amy J. Arsenault, both of North Grafton; a sister, Constance Goff of Yarmouthport; three grandchildren; nephews and nieces. He was born and raised in Worcester, son of Raymond E. and Yvonne (Migneault) Arsenault, and lived 36 years in North Grafton. He attended Worcester Boys Trade High School and was a Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War, serving as a sergeant.
Mr. Arsenault was a field engineer for Norton Co. and then Warner Swasey and Pratt Whitney Co. for 31 years, retiring in 1991. He then was a sales representative at Spag's Supply Co. Toolhouse until earlier this year.
He was a member of the Delisle-Goulet Post 92 American Legion, and enjoyed gardening, camping and the outdoors.
The funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 3, in St. Mary's Church, 17 Waterville St., North Grafton. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, North Grafton. Calling hours are 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 2, at Robert C. Roney Funeral Home, 152 Worcester St., North Grafton
