Born in Red Creek, she was a graduate of Oswego High School. She worked 23 years at the Oswego Housing Authority. She was a member of St. Joseph's Church.
Survivors: Two sisters, Margaret "Peg" Tynan of Oswego and Carol Carroll of Rochester: four brothers, John. Thomas and Harry Tynan, all of Oswego, and Roger Tynan of Hillsboro, Ore.
Services: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home and 10 a.m. in St. Joseph's Church, Oswego. Spring burial. Riverside Cemetery. Calling hours, 6 to 8 p.m. today at ihe funeral home, 112 E. Second St., Oswego.
