Funeral services were held from the Friedrich Funeral Home Tuesday by Rev. KENNETH POPE with interment at Georgetown.
ELIZABETH ISCHY was born in Bern, Switzerland Nov. 5, 1854. At age of 16 she was confirmed in the Lutheran church of Switzerland, a faithful member for many years.
She married LOUIS BOUFFARD Feb. 26 1878 in Bern and to them were born three children: HENRY BOUFFARD and Mrs. A. C. TRENTHARDT of Georgetown and Mrs. J. T. CAPEHART of Waurika,Oklahoma. In 1885 Mr. Bouffard died, leaving her with three children to rear. Five years later, she brought the family to Georgetown where her father, FREDERICK ISCHY, lived. She bought a farm on North Gabriel River.
She is survived by her three children, 13
grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
