Robyn A. Chapman, 67, of Rock Falls, died Monday, Dec. 27, 2010, at CGH Medical Center. She was a certified nursing assistant.
She was born Aug. 7, 1943, in Walnut Ridge, Ark., the daughter of Dave and Mary (Blansett) Ivins.
Survivors include one daughter, Kymberly A. Bell of Bonita Springs, Fla.; two sons, Michael Bell and Brent (Missy) Erickson, both of Rock Falls; her significant other, David Pike of Rock Falls; three sisters, Liali Jo (Denny) Thomas and Beverly Kay (Al Sr.) Cover, both of Rock Falls, and Rebecca Lynn (Ben) Thielen of Rockford; five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, David Ivins; and three nieces.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Schilling Funeral Home, Sterling, with the Rev. Calvin Reynolds of Maranatha Baptist Church, Rock Falls, officiating.
Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery, Sterling. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
A memorial has been established.
