A native of Norfolk, Mr. Schragle was a retired foreman with Metro Construction Company with 20 years of service. He proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps and was a veteran of the Korean War.
He will be loved and missed by his best friend and wife Joan Foca Schragle; a daughter, Dorothy Bartol of Chesapeake; four grandchildren; nine great- grandchildren and two great- great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Forest Lawn Cemetery with the Rev. Terry Beck officiating. He will be available for viewing at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel today from 2 to 9 p.m.
