Born Dc. 3, 1899, Teasdale, Wayne County, to Joseph Ridley and Mary Ann Taylor Cook. Married Moroni Hunt, Dec. 16, 1916, Price. He died Oct. 13, 1966. Member LDS Church.

Survivors: son, daughters; Mrs. Burt (Ennid) Munk, Campbell, Calif.; MRs. Lee (Leah) Rowley, Spring Glen, Carbon County; Mrs. Arthur (Sylvia) Pilling, Helper; Wayne M., Price; Mrs. Robert (Lucille) Goodsell, Mrs. Larry (Melva Sullivan, both SaltLake Cty; 28 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren; sister, Mrs. Ed (Louisa) Mason, Henderson, Nev.

Funeral Tuesday 1 p.m., Price 2nd LDS Ward Chapel. Friends call at Fausett Mortuary, Price, Monday 7-9 p.m., chapel an hour prior to service. Burial Price City Cemetery.
