Born Sept. 21, 1951, Price, to Eldon and Joan ___ Cheesbrough Harward. Student Carbon County High School. Member LDS Church. Explorer boy Scout.

Survivors: parents; brothers, sisters, E. Kent, Mrs. William (Elva) Kirk, both Salt Lake City; Mark G., Lois J., both Price; grandfather, John Cheesbrough, Elk Mountain, Wyo.
