Elvin Earl Rothenberger 63, of Rt. 11, died at 11:45 a.m. Sunday in Home hospital where he had been a patient two weeks. He was a farmer at the time of his death, but for many years operated a restaurant in Stockwell. Born northeast of Stockwell, he married Lula Gant in 1912 and was a member of Monroe Evangelical United Brethren church. Surviving are the widow, a son, Weymouth of Rt.5; a daughter, Mrs. William Parr, Rt. 5; two sisters, Mrs. Walter Donelson, Rt.6; Mrs. Addie Weir of Stockwell; two brothers, Sylvester of West Lafayette and Peter of Miami, Fla.
