Mrs. Doris Marie (Manning) Price, age 80, of Pascagoula, died Saturday May 9, 1993 in Providence Hospital in Mobile. She was born April 10, 1913 in Franklin, La. and had been a resident of Pascagoula for 52 years. Mrs. Price was of the Methodist faith.

Survivors include her husband; Harry A. Price, sons; Gerald A. (Ruth) Price, Gautier and Donald E. Price, Pascagoula. Grandson; Don Price, Pascagoula, Granddaughters; Patricia Michaels, Nashville, TN. and Renee Goodman, Pensacola, FL., two sisters; Maxine Bennett, Franklington, LA. and Eilyne Wigginton, Salisburg, N.C., brother; Wendell Pierce, New Orleans, LA., her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Doris was preceded in death by her parents; Martin DeWitt Manning, Sr and Clara (Burkhalter) Manning, her brother; Martin Manning, sister; Lynette Bell, brothers; Woodrow Pierce and Harvel Pierce.

Visitation will be Tuesday, May 11, from 6 - 9 p.m. at O'Bryant ~ O'Keefe Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 12, at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Earl Greenough officiating. Interment will follow in Jackson County Memorial Park, Pascagoula.
