LAST RITES HELD FOR BRANT FLOYD BEATY
Funeral services were held for Brant Floyd Beaty at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday August 22, 1961 in the Minco First Baptist Church with Rev. Bob Denny, pastor, officiating.
Brant Floyd Beaty, 77, Minco died Sunday in a Chickasha hospital. He was born April 24, 1884, in Jamestown, Tenn. and had been in failing health for the past two years.
He came to Oklahoma in 1893. He was married to Myrtle Charlton in March 1910 in Caddo County and to this union four children were born.
He and Mrs. Beaty joined the First Baptist Church in March, 1958.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Myrtle Beaty of the home; one son, Roy Beaty, Minco; three daughters, Mrs. L.J. Peterson, Dallas, texas; Mrs. B.D. Dobson, Pauls Valley and Mrs. Herbert Davis, Minco; one sister Mrs. Ed Bartling, Snider, Oklahoma and eight grandchildren.
Pallbears were Bill Wosika, Virgil Scott, Carl Wilson, Arlie Parrott, Dwight Bass and Kelly Wilson.
