Lillie was born November 25, 1917 in Springfield, the daughter of Charles and Lillie Hoepfner Horn.
Lillie worked for the International Shoe Factory before she was employed at St. John's Hospital as an LPN. She moved to Santa Fe, N.M. in 1967 and worked at St. Vincent Hospital for 16 years, retiring in 1985. She moved back to the Springfield area in 1998.
She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers and four sisters.
She is survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
No ceremonies will be held.
Cremation was accorded by Butler Cremation Tribute Center.
Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.
