Son of the late A.D. and Bettie Antone, he was survived by two sons, William Earl "Bill" Anton, Jr., and Robert "Bob" Antone; three grandchildren; and an extended family of relatives and friends. His funeral was held on May 8, 2008, at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church with Father Robert Yankevitch and The Rev. David Holloway officiating.
