OBITUARY :
H. LUTHER HARBAUGH, well-known Thurmont resident, died at his home at 3 a.m. Wednesday following a sudden heart attack. He had been undergoing treatment for a heart ailment for about a year. He was aged 77 years, 8 months and 15 days.

The deceased was the son of the late George M. and Salvilla Brown Harbaugh of Cascade, and is survived by his wife, Mary A. Favorite Harbaugh, and one daughter, Catharine V., at home. A number of nieces and nephews also survive. He was a member of the St. John's Lutheran church, Thurmont.

The body rests at the funeral home in Thurmont, to be removed to the late residence Friday 2 p.m. when friends may call. Funeral services there Sunday afternoon at two o'clock. Rev. Charles H. Corbett will officiate. Interment in Thurmont United Brethren cemetery. M. L. Creager and Son, funeral directors.

FUNERAL SERVICES :
Funeral services for H. LUTHER HARBAUGH, who died Wednesday morning at his home in Thurmont, were held from the late residence Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Rev. Charles H. Corbett officiated.

The service was largely attended and there were many flowers.

Pallbearers were Calvin S. Lohr. Glenn Gaugh. John Weddle, William Pryor, Albert Riffle and Edgar Fogle. Interment was in the United Brethren cemetery. M. L. Creager and Son, funeral directors.
