Rock Hill, S.C.—James Hilburn Collins, 67, of 1915 Ebenezer Road and formerly of Lumberton, died Tuesday, September 26, 1995 in White Oak Manor.

He was born in Lumberton, a son of the late James Clarence and Vernie Mae Willis Collins and was a widower of Marium Wilkes Collins. He was a World War II Veteran, having served in the US Army.

A graveside service will be held Friday at 2 pm in New Hollywood Cemetery, Re. Joe Bounds officiating.

Survivors include three daughters, Deborah C. Osburn, Sybil Jean Collins and Kitty C. Miller, all of York, S.C.; two bothers, Willis Douglas Collins of Durham and Samuel L. Collins of Lumberton; and two sisters, Hilda Reid Barton of Lantana, Fla and Betty Jean Finley of West Palm Beach, Fla.
