Mr. Affinito, 53, of 117 Driftwood Drive, had been a grocery merchant in Monongahela for 22 years and last worked at Shop 'n Save in Charlerio.
He served with the Marines during the Korean War. He was an honorary member of the Monongahela Volunteer Fire Department, and a member of the Monongahela Turner's Club and Tranfiguration Church.
A Mass will be said at a.m. today in Transfiguration Church, Monongahela. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Monongahela.
